, create a paper in which the goal is to calculate and interpret descriptive statistics for the team’s data.

Using the scenario, two variables, and data your learning team developed for the Week 2 Business Research Project Part 1 assignment, create a paper in which the goal is to calculate and interpret descriptive statistics for the team’s data.

Create a Microsoft® Excel® spreadsheet with the two variables from your learning team’s dataset.

Analyze the data with MegaStat®, StatCrunch®, Microsoft® Excel® or other statistical tool(s), including:

(a) Descriptive statistics for each numeric variable

(1) For normally distributed data use the mean and standard deviation.

(2) For significantly skewed data use the median and interquartile range.

(b) Graphs of the data

(1) Histogram for each numeric variable

(2) Bar chart for each attribute (non numeric) variable

(3) Scatter plot if the data contains two numeric variables

Use the Individual Methodology Findings Template to complete the descriptive statistics. Replace all the blue text with your own descriptions.

Use the Descriptive Statistics and Interpretation Example to develop an interpretation of the descriptive statistics and the graphs (include this interpretation as part of this assignment’s paper, not as a separate document).

Organize your paper so that it includes an introduction, the descriptive statistics together with an interpretation of the descriptive statistics, graphs of the data together with an interpretation of the graphs, and a conclusion.

Limit your paper to no more than 700 words in length.

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.

Name  your paper and your Excel spreadsheet as Week4_LastnameFirstInitial (replace “Lastname_FirstInitial” with your name and initial).

Submit both the Excel spreadsheet and the paper.

Click the Assignment Files tab to submit your assignment.

Note: Next week, team members will share their papers from this week in order to create a team Descriptive Statistics and Interpretation document. For an overall flow of the project, review the Learning Team Project Flowchart.
