Introduction

Organizational structure is the formal layout of managerial hierarchies and the grouping of employees, departments and business units within a company. Organizational structure serves as the foundation on which a company can grow and add new employees. Organizational structures can rely on to a great degree on a number of key positions. Looking at an organizational structure chart can reveal which positions in an organization are crucial to company success. Identifying key positions in an organization chart can help you when making.

Identify and Analyze Organization.
Conduct interviews with heads of departments (1-3 interviews, see the article). Briefly characterize the leadership environment and detect at least 5 problems that could be subject to improvement related organizational manager team (relationship, responsibilities, and duties, strengths and weaknesses of the team)
Present a short report characterizing the identified problems. (1-2 pages).
