Part 1: Instructional Plan Design 

This week you will construct a new instructional plan by considering your student population. Regardless of grade level, your class consists of 27 students. Of those, two are diagnosed with specific learning disabilities (SLD) in reading and math. One student has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Moreover, you just received a student last week who is not fluent in English (ELL). Your school follows a full English immersion program. Therefore, you and the student are getting very little “extra” support.

Synthesize what you have learned thus far by developing a new or continuing instructional plan utilizing one of the templates provided below. It is practical to construct a lesson that would naturally occur after the previous lesson plan you designed in Week Three—a continuation of the lesson but with different instructional strategies and student activities/assessments. If you select this approach, your lesson cannot be a replica of last week’s plan. Remember, your  lesson should be designed to occur during a single class period  that lasts anywhere between approximately 30 and 90 minutes in length and focuses on content pertaining to either English/Language arts or Math. Do not construct a unit of instruction.

My first goal is to reduce my risk of ailments. One way that I will use in the endeavor of fulfilling this ambition is to eat more vegetables and greens.
According to the latest nutrition researches as Carmichael, and Rutberg, (2008) writes, augmenting the amount or count of greens or veggies and fruits that an individual consumes particularly to surpass the hyped five-a-day, minimizes the risks of diseases. The cores of such diseases are the deadly ones associated with the twenty-first century. They include cancer, diabetes and cardiac, heart ailments, and high blood pressure just to mention a few of them. Subsequent to the observation of this itinerary so that the goal is achieved, the outcome, of which I await, is that the immune system of my body will be stable. More fruits and veggies mean sufficient vitamins and phytochemicals in the body (Sharkey, and Gaskill, 2013). They as well contain such nutrients as fiber and minerals. Every type and state of fruits and vegetables are nutritious and healthy. They include frozen, dried or canned alongside fresh varieties. However, I ought to be very keen so as to purchase packed stuff without an addition of any other artificial stuff such as sugar or salt.
The second goal is to maintain my general body health and fitness. For a comfortable and settled life, one ought to be in a stable health and fitness status. Proper health and fitness state permit all the parts of the body to execute their duties in an appropriate manner (Carmichael, and Rutberg, 2008). For example, since during such conditions there is usually no interferences in the core parts of the body reflect on the brain, for instance, a person is often at a better place to reason and think. Proper health, in simple words perpetuates people to their responsibilities both emotional and physical in the requisite manner. In the efforts to accomplish this objective, I seek to take meals three times at least every day. Every snack that I will be consuming ought to hold amid 250 to 450 calories. Similarly, they will be balanced with fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. I also plan to take at the minimum level eight glasses of water every day. The result, of which is my expectation is that my general body health with improve both physically and physiologically.
The other of my goal sitting in the third position is to get out of my comfort zone. This is a course that sees people fight boredom and laziness other than upholding the body fit. It similarly reduces the risk of such injuries like muscle pulls during activities according to Sharkey, and Gaskill, (2013). With a focus on the idea that I would be taking on some more physical activities if I could in the prospect, I decide that I work on this course for my preparation of the exercises apart from maintaining my general fitness. Same like it is critical to stick to a particular outline, it is equally crucial to seize an effort at new stuff even once in a while. As such, in look into attempting something different that will bring me out of my comfort zone. It is central to take on stuff that makes one suspicious or afraid. Given that the actions include any activities that a personage seeks to try, provided there is a given extent of exercise concerned, I plan to be in a manual wheelchair and push myself. Of course I would rather fly or run o a regular basis since I have been in a power wheelchair for the past two decades of my life. Because the model as well executes to the activities that catch one up in his or her routine time, I sought to make a number of rolls in my wheelchair as I foresee a serious consistent challenge.

My fourth and potentially last goal is to hub more on setting habits that are healthy than focusing on results. I have seen and observed other people undertaking the exercises and activities that I only wish to do. As such, I have been and still exhibit the right size and shape of my body that I seek to keep even while in a wheelchair and will maintain. Although is quite cheap and simple to be concerned about the results of health or nutrition and fitness goals together with all that is happening in the eyes of a person, it is really imperative and beneficial to hub on the activities that bring up the outcomes that one admires according to Carmichael, and Rutberg, (2008). In essence, I am not going to look at the individual or someone who has attempted and has achieved the courses that I, as well, look into obtaining or maintaining. Instead, I am going to be very alert on the proceedings or habits if you like, that one encounters. The main reason as to why I have chosen this structure of performance is because habits brings about the accomplishment of even other goals and objectives that are overarching.
With everything going on well as I have planned so that I achieve these and other of my nutrition and fitness goals, I bet I will be I a better and an appropriate state of health and fitness at the appropriate time. There are several things that will have improved on and within my body. Physically, my mass will have grown larger and stronger due to balancing the diet in my meals and the good eating habit. However, I will not be that fat because exercises such as the pushing myself in the wheelchair will help me check my weight and maintain an appropriate body shape and size. Meanwhile, the body’s immune will have advanced and I doubt if I will be at the same level of risks of falling victim of such disease like high blood pressure with those people that simply follow the usual eating and working routine.
In summary, I will be both healthy and hopefully going in the appropriate state of fitness.
