Charter (Proposal) and Plan (20 marks)

You are to complete the Project Charter and Project
Plan for the following project. You may
form a group of no more than three persons, or complete the work on your own:

You have been asked by your
supervisor to manage the upgrade of hardware and software for your work
area. You may choose the nature of your
work area and employer as well as the number of staff and nature of their work. (Preferably you will choose an area from
science or mathematics that you are familiar with.)
In addition to your Project
Charter and Project Plan you should also include all supporting documentation
(see the Unit 1 notes for details).Your work should be contained in one file
and submitted through the link in the Assessment 2 folder.
